Pendley Manor Wedding venue and hotel on the outskirts of Tring Hertfordshire was the location of choice for a lovely young couple I met earlier that year. They choose me for my discrete, no fuss style but made a statement with Pendley Manor. Wedding venues with history and character always make the photographers job that little bit easier.
The day was cool but dry mostly and the space within the grounds made for lots options. A busy start to the day as is normal with the bride prep going to plan. A slightly nervous bride makes it to the ceremony. Where the room is flooded with watery sunlight, highlighting the rooms décor and historic styling. An equally nervous and fidgety groom looks relieved to see his stunning bride. The day follows with laughter, tears and ever emotions in-between.
Photography at Pendley Manor Wedding venue could be a very grand affair with hours spent shooting angles and utilising every option of the grand staircase and spectacular chandelier, or the huge fireplaces even what would have been the servants access corridor in decades past with it monochrome look and that’s just to name a few of the inside details we then have the landscaped grounds which on this day where a little too wet to explore fully. This wasn’t what tis couple really wanted. They wanted a beautiful record of their day to remind them of the special people who were there to share the day. This makes me very happy because that how I love to work capturing looks expressions and emotions of the day for the couple to remember forever.
